1. Boats, Outboards, and Motorsports

All sales of boats, outboard motors, WaveRunners, ATVs, UTVs, and trailers are final. Because these items are serialized and registered to the owner at the time of purchase, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Warranty Support: All new units are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Jones Boys Boats is an authorized service center and will facilitate all warranty-related repairs or claims.

  • Inspections: We require all customers to complete a pre-delivery inspection to ensure the product meets their expectations before the final sale.

2. Parts, Accessories, and Apparel

For items purchased through our online store or at our physical location, we offer a 30-day return window under the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition with all original packaging and tags.

  • Exclusions: Electrical components, special-order items, and cut-to-length products are non-returnable.

  • Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain parts and accessories to cover inspection and processing costs.
