Thank you for making my daughter's birthday. Drove in from Alberta just to spend the day here. The weather sucked but Jones Boys rentals made the day a enjoyable time and a day to rember. My boyfriend and I have rented boats from Jones Boys once a summer over the last few years and have always had great experiences. The staff are always friendly and helpful and allow for hassle free re-booking/scheduling when the weather doesn’t cooperate (no financial penalty to the renter). On July 8 this year, staff went above and beyond to help me when my partner and I were involved in a serious boating accident. The staff helped me upon my arrival back at the dock and were caring and compassionate towards me as we waited for the ambulance to arrive. After the accident, they advised us that they would not be charging us for the damage the boat sustained (minor I believe/hope!?), the cleaning fee or the gas $ as we failed to top up before return of the rental. I hope that when I make a full recovery, we will be able to utilize their rental service again some day. Thank you again to everyone at Jones Boys Boats for your assistance, you’ll never know how truly appreciated the help was.

We absolutely loved our experience with Jones Boys Boats! Jenny was wonderful helping us out, and got us in a beautiful StarCraft to enjoy the full day on Kootenay Lake! We rented a tube and the kids were smiling ear to ear the whole time! Can’t wait to come back and rent a boat again next summer!!!

Great Service!!! A Hidden gem for boat rentals on Kootenay Lake! Rented the San-Pan Tri-toon and 2 person tube for the day. Collette was amazing to work with over the phone and the boat was in fantastic condition when we picked it up. Pick up and drop off were seamless (Thanks for al of your help Shawn). They also offer a pick up and drop off service if you need it. I was staying over in Riondel, and they drove me across the lake after I returned the boat so I did not have to make the 1 hour drive back. Not the cheapest place, but also not the most expensive place I have rented from before. Have a lot to choose from in their fleet. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Rented the Starcraft 2100, was a great boat, ran perfect, family loved it. They were great to deal with and made the process extremely easy and streamlined. Would highly recommend renting from them.
