Great place to rent a boat. Great prices and great people. Fun times.

Went out for boat rentals and payed but then were unable to go out because of weather. They were very helpful and gave us a full refund right away because we weren’t able to go out. Very friendly and reasonable staff

We had such a fun day! Jennie was great, the service was fantastic. We were on the water quickly and had a great time exploring the lake.

We bought our second watercraft this year (WaveRunner) and had the Kingfisher get its big over due service and got the hunting license and tags we needed because of the strike so really not much they can't do there! Thanks Chad, Sean and Jennie for everything. We are very lucky to have a this quality "performance" centre here in the Kootenays and keeping it local.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We had an absolutely amazing experience with Jones Boys Boats!From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. They helped load all of our gear onto the boat and even unloaded everything for us when we returned, which made the whole day so much easier and more enjoyable.Partway through our rental, we experienced an issue with the fuel line on the boat we had originally rented. The team responded immediately, towed us back at no extra charge, and upgraded us to a beautiful, fast, and incredibly fun boat to make up for the inconvenience. Their customer service was exceptional.A special thank you to Jennie, who was absolutely amazing. She was welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure we had a fantastic experience.It’s rare to find a business that cares this much about its customers. Jennie was outstanding! Professional, clear, informative, and perhaps most impressively, she made a group of people “from somewhere else” here for a wedding, feel safe, welcome, and well-looked after. Everyone I encountered today at Jones Boys was friendly and informative. I know the nearly 20 people on the boat with me today will return to their homes full of fond memories. You all make me proud to be from Alpine Nirvana!

I wanted to pass on to the very top of Jones Boys Boats how amazingly I was treated by your staff recently. I stopped last Saturday to pick up some parts I had ordered and when I went to leave, the handlebars literally fell off my classic Harley Davidson motorcycle. After realizing how lucky I was to be alive, I was then instructed by your staff to push my bike over to the shop where some of your folks helped for 2 hours past closing time to get me safely back on the road. I know I don't need to tell you this but the culture of your team is very special as I could see how well they worked together, how respectful they were to each other and how much fun they have doing what they are all so good at. It was truly like family. I will never forget this, I will tell everyone I know how great your team is, I will take all my boat needs to you and if there is any other way I could ever repay you, I would. I want to say you are lucky to have that team but actually the way you run your business is likely why you have such a great team so it's not really luck. Very cool to experience though as it is not very common any more. Thank you and thank you to your team again.

Rented the Starcraft 2100, was a great boat, ran perfect, family loved it. They were great to deal with and made the process extremely easy and streamlined. Would highly recommend renting from them.

The jones boys boat staff were so so so accommodating, understanding, and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to help us navigate pick up, rescheduling due to weather, and more. Their customer service is unmatched and we would book with them anytime!

This was the most amazing experience. Renting the boat online was super easy. We were contacted by text a few days before our rental to remind us/confirm time/confirm the gear we rented. When we got to Jones Boys Boats we signed our paperwork and the staff had everything ready for us. The google map of the lake was awesome and helpful for us (to tell us where to go, tourist spots to stop etc). The staff was super helpful, informative, and supportive.
