Great Service!!! A Hidden gem for boat rentals on Kootenay Lake! Rented the San-Pan Tri-toon and 2 person tube for the day. Collette was amazing to work with over the phone and the boat was in fantastic condition when we picked it up. Pick up and drop off were seamless (Thanks for al of your help Shawn). They also offer a pick up and drop off service if you need it. I was staying over in Riondel, and they drove me across the lake after I returned the boat so I did not have to make the 1 hour drive back. Not the cheapest place, but also not the most expensive place I have rented from before. Have a lot to choose from in their fleet. Would definitely recommend and use them again. I wanted to pass on to the very top of Jones Boys Boats how amazingly I was treated by your staff recently. I stopped last Saturday to pick up some parts I had ordered and when I went to leave, the handlebars literally fell off my classic Harley Davidson motorcycle. After realizing how lucky I was to be alive, I was then instructed by your staff to push my bike over to the shop where some of your folks helped for 2 hours past closing time to get me safely back on the road. I know I don't need to tell you this but the culture of your team is very special as I could see how well they worked together, how respectful they were to each other and how much fun they have doing what they are all so good at. It was truly like family. I will never forget this, I will tell everyone I know how great your team is, I will take all my boat needs to you and if there is any other way I could ever repay you, I would. I want to say you are lucky to have that team but actually the way you run your business is likely why you have such a great team so it's not really luck. Very cool to experience though as it is not very common any more. Thank you and thank you to your team again.

I highly recommend the Jones Boys for boat rentals. We rented a pontoon boat for the day. The boat was brand new and was exactly what we were after. Our rental operator, Leighton, provided us with the best service we've had in the Kootenays (and service is generally great here).
