Stellar experience from start to finish. Leighton was incredibly helpful on the phone and made a great recommendation based on the number of people we had and what we were looking to do. The PrinceCraft deck boat was the perfect combination of cruising comfort and a little bit of water skiing. We spend every summer on East Shore of Kootenay lake and have long been frustrated with the availability of boat rental options. No longer. Highly recommend Jones Boys for rental.

We have been shopping at Jones boys for over 15 years and they never disappoint, we purchased our boat and UTV here and we couldn’t be happier :) we also did something new and rented a water tube for our nieces for the weekend, well Jennie was amazing! Great customer service, she even put the tube right on our dock….. Everyone at Jonesboys works very hard at making sure every customer is noticed and well taking care of. Thank you !!!

We rented 2 sea Yamaha watercraft thru Jennie at Jones Boys in at Kootenay Lake, we had awesome service. Very polite people and very nice to deal with. You will appreciate dealing with Jennie and the people there. Great boats to rent at a great lake.

I wanted to pass on to the very top of Jones Boys Boats how amazingly I was treated by your staff recently. I stopped last Saturday to pick up some parts I had ordered and when I went to leave, the handlebars literally fell off my classic Harley Davidson motorcycle. After realizing how lucky I was to be alive, I was then instructed by your staff to push my bike over to the shop where some of your folks helped for 2 hours past closing time to get me safely back on the road. I know I don't need to tell you this but the culture of your team is very special as I could see how well they worked together, how respectful they were to each other and how much fun they have doing what they are all so good at. It was truly like family. I will never forget this, I will tell everyone I know how great your team is, I will take all my boat needs to you and if there is any other way I could ever repay you, I would. I want to say you are lucky to have that team but actually the way you run your business is likely why you have such a great team so it's not really luck. Very cool to experience though as it is not very common any more. Thank you and thank you to your team again.
