The staff are always friendly and helpful and allow for hassle free re-booking/scheduling when the weather doesn’t cooperate (no financial penalty to the renter). On July 8 this year, staff went above and beyond to help me when my partner and I were involved in a serious boating accident. The staff helped me upon my arrival back at the dock and were caring and compassionate towards me as we waited for the ambulance to arrive. After the accident, they advised us that they would not be charging us for the damage the boat sustained (minor I believe/hope!?), the cleaning fee or the gas $ as we failed to top up before return of the rental. I hope that when I make a full recovery, we will be able to utilize their rental service again some day. Thank you again to everyone at Jones Boys Boats for your assistance, you’ll never know how truly appreciated the help was. read less
