The jones boys boat staff were so so so accommodating, understanding, and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to help us navigate pick up, rescheduling due to weather, and more. Their customer service is unmatched and we would book with them anytime!

They helped load all of our gear onto the boat and even unloaded everything for us when we returned, which made the whole day so much easier and more enjoyable.Partway through our rental, we experienced an issue with the fuel line on the boat we had originally rented. The team responded immediately, towed us back at no extra charge, and upgraded us to a beautiful, fast, and incredibly fun boat to make up for the inconvenience. Their customer service was exceptional.A special thank you to Jennie, who was absolutely amazing. She was welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure we had a fantastic experience.It’s rare to find a business that cares this much about its customers. Jones boys bots is an OG in the boat game and well respected. Rented a pontoon boat for 3 days and it was in top notch condition. Kids had a blast. Will be back!!

My boyfriend and I have rented boats from Jones Boys once a summer over the last few years and have always had great experiences. The staff are always friendly and helpful and allow for hassle free re-booking/scheduling when the weather doesn’t cooperate (no financial penalty to the renter). On July 8 this year, staff went above and beyond to help me when my partner and I were involved in a serious boating accident. The staff helped me upon my arrival back at the dock and were caring and compassionate towards me as we waited for the ambulance to arrive. After the accident, they advised us that they would not be charging us for the damage the boat sustained (minor I believe/hope!?), the cleaning fee or the gas $ as we failed to top up before return of the rental. I hope that when I make a full recovery, we will be able to utilize their rental service again some day. Thank you again to everyone at Jones Boys Boats for your assistance, you’ll never know how truly appreciated the help was.

Great time on kootenay lake! The guys at Jones boys boat rental had the boat loaded up with all the gear and rental tubes etc ready to go. Jennie had all the paperwork done and ready. So, We showed up, and were in the water right as the rental time began.We scratched the hull of the boat docking at a shallow bnb dock. Was afraid they’d charge a fortune, but they treated us very fairly and honestly.
