Great place to a get a boat for the day! Highly recommend. Boat we got was in great condition and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a really good map of points of interest on the lake nearby. Will definitely come back next time we need a boat!

Great time on kootenay lake! The guys at Jones boys boat rental had the boat loaded up with all the gear and rental tubes etc ready to go. Jennie had all the paperwork done and ready. So, We showed up, and were in the water right as the rental time began.We scratched the hull of the boat docking at a shallow bnb dock. Was afraid they’d charge a fortune, but they treated us very fairly and honestly.

This is the second year in a row we have rented from this company. Jennie and the team are top notch and have thought of every detail. The process is smooth and fast and we were on the water for 9 am. It is a spectacular way to explore the Kootenays and make memories. Thank you we will be back!

They helped load all of our gear onto the boat and even unloaded everything for us when we returned, which made the whole day so much easier and more enjoyable.Partway through our rental, we experienced an issue with the fuel line on the boat we had originally rented. The team responded immediately, towed us back at no extra charge, and upgraded us to a beautiful, fast, and incredibly fun boat to make up for the inconvenience. Their customer service was exceptional.A special thank you to Jennie, who was absolutely amazing. She was welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure we had a fantastic experience.It’s rare to find a business that cares this much about its customers. We had a great time renting waverunners. Jennie was really friendly and clear about the admin, instructions and where to go in the area. I would definitely go back next time I’m in the area. I cannot recommend Jones Boys highly enough!

Super friendly staff

Thank you for making my daughter's birthday. Drove in from Alberta just to spend the day here. The weather sucked but Jones Boys rentals made the day a enjoyable time and a day to rember. We will definatly be planning more vacations and renting more boats and bringing more people ! THANK YOU SO MUCH.
