Rental Policies

Please note that if you choose a 4 hour reservation the pick up times must be between the following: 9 AM to 1 PM. If you are unable to make your scheduled pickup time, please give us a call to make different arrangements at 250-353-2550.

You are required to put a 20% non-refundable deposit down at the time of reservation. This amount will be applied towards the cost of the rental at time of pick-up. The remainder will be due at pick up. A credit card is required to be on file for any damages to the boat.

If your boat is late you will be charged a $75 fee as well as the prorated amount for the time.

9am to 5pm

You must be 25 years of age to rent or drive boats or watercraft.

You will be responsible for ALL damage to boat or any property damaged while the boat is in your possession.

Must be filled up prior to returning. There is a gas pump at Woodbury Resort next door to Jones Boys Boats.

The person operating the boat agrees to not be under the influence of any type of drugs or alcohol abiding by Canada’s boating and alcohol laws. Transport Canada laws must be followed. You are not permitted to have any open alcohol or drugs.
